Donations

The Utah Grizzlies take an active role in fulfilling donation requests from charity organizations throughout Utah.

If you are interested in a donation for your event, please fill out an online request form below. Forms that are not filled out completely will be discarded. All requests must be submitted online.  All requests will be reviewed, but are not guaranteed. We will do our best to honor your request; however we may not be able to fulfill all requests due to the large volume we receive. All requests must be submitted a minimum of three weeks prior to the event.
